How about a 200-year old granite workshop turned into a 42 seater restaurant and event space with a banging sound system, beautiful open kitchen and back doors that open out onto the Penryn River?
We love a good gathering, and Bango Kitchen is an ideal venue for birthdays, weddings, private banquets, meetings and business events, or just a good old fashioned knees up.
We’re keen to use the space for all kinds of fun things, so whatever you’re thinking, get in touch and we’ll see what we can put together.
We can help you plan a tasty menu to fit exactly what you need, from six-course Bango banquets to buffet tables loaded with sushi and scallipops.
We run the bar. From deliciously moreish wines that you can’t get anywhere else in Cornwall, to bespoke cocktails, we’ll make sure the drinks make it a night to remember.

Plug in your own playlist to our epic soundsystem, bring a DJ or even a band.
There’s a hire fee of £300, which is payable as a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Then any food and drink costs on top, once the menus and details for the event are finalised.

We’re up for a chat and open to ideas so do drop us a line and we’ll work with you to create the perfect menu for your event at Bango Kitchen!
Falmouth Bay Scallop & local cured Chorizo Sausage in lime, honey & fennel glaze. Seared & served on a wooden skewer. Like a lollipop, but better. Our most popular canape.
Garlic & basil brushed artisan bread and topped with:

The famous Shellfish Pig Smoked Pulled Pork Roll
Slow-cooked Smoked Primrose Herd Pork shoulder cooked in our Cornish Rattler & Maple Glaze. Served in a Baker Tom Brioche Roll with smoked cheese, sweet pickles & spicy crackling.
Spicy Crab Tacos
Fresh White Cornish Crab Meat, roasted jalapeno, mixed peppers & fresh lime served in soft corn tortillas, alongside our heritage tomato salsa, guacamole, soured cream & citrus pickled onions.
Or, make it veggie with seared smoked tofu, vegan spicy mayo & slaw.
Lobster Mac & Cheese
Fresh Cornish lobster meat and pasta cooked in a lobster, smothered in cheese sauce with gruyere, parmesan and cheddar. Topped with a cheese & focaccia crumb and truffle oil and served with balsamic glazed leaves & Baker Tom focaccia bread.
Or make it veggie with truffle mac and cheese, made with gruyere, cheddar and parmesan, plenty of truffle oil, white wine and herbs.
